This easter I spent the time in Århus photographing my last assignment at Norsk Fotofagskole, Fashion Catalog. The model from this particular picture is Stinne Tornøe Frederiksen from Model Booking, makeup and hair was done by Mimoza Rrusta and the location is Moesgård Strand in Århus.

The assignment was shooting at least 10 different outfits in one style, all color. Two photos from each outfit and every outfit was going to be presented in color. Also we had to deliver one 24-page PDF and one hard copy of the catalog and a video presenting the series. Now I’m done post processing all photos and fixing the PDF ready for the print tomorrow.

Last weeks photo shoot with Kristine Hove Røsok ended with a advertisement board for Pepsi Raw. Sunday I were in studio shooting a Pepsi Raw-glass-bottle with Sascha Njaa and Mimoza Rrusta and today I spent most of the time stitching everything together. Originally we were supposed to shoot a closeup of a model holding a bottle or a glass containing the drink, but I felt that the dress from H&M, Kristine was wearing gave the image more dynamics than just a cropped photo. Just for your information, this is not an official advertisement from Pepsi.

Last Wednesday I had a photo shoot with Kristine Hove Røsok in studio at Norsk Fotofagskole. Originally I was going to have the shoot my beverage assignment at Vega where I usually photograph for Hipster.no, but I didn’t manage to get a total idea of what i was going to shoot there also I didn’t have anyone to do makeup and hair on the model. Since the model, Kristine had all ready said yes to a photo shoot I decided to do something in studio instead. She brought some dresses she recently had bought at H&M and some accessories and the whole style was a bit Boho-chic. This is one of the last pictures from the shoot done with two lights, one beautydish and one large softbox.

Sunday I shot two fashion-shoots with Rachel Nordtømme and Trine Eide. Makeup artist were Line Sofie Steinfinsbø and the theme were tough. T-shirts are from H&M.

Sick leave for a week

It’s less than two weeks until I am leaving for Marrakesh, school trip with Norsk Fotofagskole. Last week I took the dukoral, the cholera vaccine, and reacted quite badly. I got almost a week sick leave for having hyperthermia, a running nose, soar throat and head ache. I thought I was well Sunday morning so I went on photographing the shoot with Rachel and Trine, when I got home I got worse again. I will be up and fighting on Thursday, hopefully :)

A bit too early after being ill for three days now I shot two fashion series with Rachel Nordtømme and Trine Eide a bit like the ones I shot of Oda Nordheim last Sunday. Today, my makeup artist Line Sofie Steinfinsbø, started with laying makeup and doing Trine’s hair. After a while Rachel arrived and got her hair and makeup done while I was photographing Trine. A helpful Sascha Njaa helped me rig the studio, both setting up the flash heads and meter the light.

Between the takes we got serious and shot some amazing pictures.
