Last Friday I grabbed my old Nikon D700 and a Nikon SB-900 and joined Tempo photographing their promotional stunt. They had printed around 1000 flayers with a free download link to their new single YOLO, a big cardboard of the single cover I shoot late April , and rented a big ass speaker. The plan was to set up a camp down town Trondheim and get people to pose with the band with the single cover in front of them while the song was playing on the speaker. Afterwards people could tag themselves and friends on their Facebook page , and of course download the single.
After around three hours of fun marketing and promoting we had about 100 different photos with people enjoying the song! The day after they had around 11 000 views on the album. Great success!

Before Christmas last year I shot a CD-cover and PR-photos for the singer Lisa Winsjansen Restad who is a child star known from the Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix Jr. She is releasing a new album soon targeted for the younger audience. Fosna Folket , a local news paper published a story of her both on-line and in their hard copy news paper.

After the Copenhagen Fashion Week I had decided to stay for a few more days to do some model testings before I left for Trondheim. I had made a few plans with a few models from different agencies and freelancers to do some shots. The pictures from this fashion photo shoot was of model Michaela Theibel with the help of makeup artist Louise Musse Christensen. As most of the testings I did, the location were just the models apartment being creative to find angles and building a slight liable story to the series. Since this was an abroad job, I didn’t have much photo equipment with me, no fancy light kits, just my lenses and a Nikon SB-900 speedlight.
